Hello all! It’s been about 1.5 months since we announced the Patreon refund form, where we’re inviting any supporter of jacknjellify to get a 100%, no-questions-asked refund if they felt dissatisfied with our perks. I want to give an update on this form!
To the 5 patrons who have submitted this form, you should have received the refund over PayPal at least a month ago — if you haven’t received it for whatever reason, please fill out the form again describing the situation, so we can get back to you. We will try to fulfill all requests within 7 days after they are submitted.
The refund request form will close on June 1, 2022. We want you to get a refund if you want it, so make sure you get it in before then!

Some people were wondering if recommending characters would ever come back. To clarify, we’re retiring all Patreon reward tiers for the indefinite future — that means you can donate any amount you would like, but we can’t offer any more perks. (That means no more future RCs.) We’ll still deliver on the remaining few perks (relevant recommended characters) as soon as we can.
