Another Multiversal Hodgepodge!
Hello all, and welcome to our final release of 2025! This is our second Spring Cleaning release. Of course, you remember the first one (published back in March of 2022). The idea here is that there was a bunch of different RPG stuff that our team wanted to make, and instead of dedicating a full release to each, we piled it all together into one big bundle of cool new goodies. Naturally, that means this release is a bit all over the place, but I think you're going to love everything we've put together for you.
Let's dive in!
Snapshots from Doulmecq
In lieu of a traditional borough guide, this release presents Snapshots from Doulmecq, a letter from the immortal dwarven merchant who has shown up in various Borough Bound settings since the very beginning. This document overviews special locations from every single borough we've released thus far, filling in some lore, providing new plot hooks, and presenting easter eggs that hint at greater secrets across the Borough Bound canon. We don't want to spoil much here, so check out the doc if you want updates for each of our settings.
P.S. In the spirit of revisiting old content, our writer Will also published a summary of how he'd run every single setting we've released. If you've ever wanted a quick rundown of our boroughs with some tips for GMing each, give it a read and then go subscribe to our blog!
Yllmourne - Jungle Falls
Our cartographer James had an idea for how he could totally rethink our setting of Yllmourne. By transforming the harbor into one big waterfall, swapping roads for canals, and giving the whole city a jungle theme, we could completely overhaul how the city looks and plays. Accordingly, he and Amber created the Jungle Falls variant of Yllmourne, a full-sized map that you can and should use in your games. Throw villains off a cliff or race your pals in canoes. If you didn't vibe with the grimdark original version of Yllmourne, this new setting might be just what the doctor ordered.
Yllmourne - Variant Interiors
With a brand new version of Yllmourne, we figured we had to alter the interior maps to fit. Thus, our interior cartographer Matt put a pleasant, summery, verdant spin on the existing Yllmourne interior maps. This is our very first pack of interior variants, and we highly recommend you use them in conjunction with the Jungle Falls version of Yllmourne (and probably the summer variant as well). Please note that these assets are only available for patrons at the Chief Courier tier.
Music
We've got two new tracks for you today! To Wander Boundless is exploration music for distant reaches. This is one of our longest tracks (clocking in at over five-and-a-half minutes), so put this on a loop during exploration and forget about it! Note that this tune will also be on our upcoming album Endless Reaches! See a snippet of the cover below and stay tuned for the album release in February.
Patrons at the Chief Courier tier also gain access to Anew, a pleasant solo piano piece that suggests fresh beginnings, quiet mornings, and a brief respite from the exhausting life of an adventurer. We'll be putting this on a solo piano album sometime in 2026 as well.

From all of us at Borough Bound, we wish you a safe and healthy new year. We are endlessly grateful for your support, and we can't wait to show you what else we've got cooking for Quévanault, Svarnahelm, and other settings in the months to come. Thank you all!
